Ideal if you're looking for short term London visit or using as a base to look for a new place to live in London.

I'm travelling/working away for almost 3 weeks and renting my lovely room (4mx3m) in a great location to central London. The rent for the period is £680
All Bills included in the rent. You will share the flat with 1 other person. My housemate is a professional in marketing/sales and works from his office in central London Monday to Friday.

The Room:
- Lovely Double bed
- Built in wardrobe (all my personal items will be cleared)
- Table work space, office chair.

The Flat: First floor, Modern open plan kitchen/living room with fast fibre broadband
*Please do however note*, this is not a new build or in a new tower, but in a quiet, safe lovely community area.

Transport:- Nine Elms Northern Line underground station is 5 minutes from the flat. (6 minutes to Waterloo, 10 minutes to Leicester Square). Vauxhall Underground and train station is ten minutes walk away for Victoria underground, or trains to Gatwick airport.

Central London is walk-able and 30 minute from here to London eye, so keep fit, or save your self money! (especially on New years, no taxis required)

-Shopping: A very large Sainsbury's Hypermarket, Argos, Starbucks, 0086 Asia supermarket all 5 minutes away.

You must be......

- A professional or mature student that works in a professional 9-5 office environment (civil service, government, design etc ).
-Ideally not working from home more than 2-3 days to keep a nice balance.
- A clean and tidy person (please note this won't suit you if you're casually tidy)
