A fantastic location: about a 4 min walk to Vauxhall’s tube, 10 min walk to oval and honestly you could walk to work (if you work in zone 1 & if you like a bit of exercise) I did!

It is a ground floor flat, with 2 very spacious rooms - and furnished. Water bill is included, so that would be one less bill to think about :)

About me (the flatmate): I'm 26 years old, I work in journalism and have lived here for the last 3 years. I'm very friendly and outgoing, always up for walks and exploring local pubs and gardens. I'd happily show you around if needed. I work a mixture of early and late shifts, so I would appreciate someone who is considerate of my schedule, but I am not overly restrictive around household noise as I sleep with earplugs.
