[Apartment overview]
1. The room has private bathroom and an intelligent air control system.
2. Eight people share the kitchen, and roommates come from over the world, including China, Italy, Ireland and Serbia. They are easygoing, and have healthy lifestyles.
3. The kitchen is equipped with two induction hobs, two ovens, two microwaves, two refrigerators and one dishwasher.
4. The apartment provides monthly common area cleaning services (for the kitchen and the hallway).
5. The apartment has a gym, which is modern and well-equipped. It also has a 25m swimming pool that is very clean.
6. There are gardens, entertainment rooms, study rooms, gathering rooms and cinemas. The reception often holds events, giving away free food like milk tea. The festive atmosphere in the building is strong.
7. The laundry room is convenient.

[Surroundings]
1. Convenient commuting. It takes 8-minute walk from Spring Mews to Vauxhall station, which has underground, buses and trains. The bus routes reach almost all downtown colleges:

•10 mins bus directly to KCL Waterloo
•15 mins walk to UAL Chelsea
•15 mins bus directly to UAL LCC and CAM
•20 mins underground directly to UAL CSM and UCL
•30 mins bus directly to IC

2. Many supermarkets. There is a Tesco Express downstairs. And it is about 10-minute walk to the large Tesco, Sainsbury’s local, Little waitrose, and an oriental store. If you want to go Large Sainsburys’ and Waitrose, it only take within a 20 minute walk.
3. Safe. Lots of luxury and fancy apartments, and hotels nearby. And there are 24-hour reception responsible for collecting parcels and solving problems. The maintenance team is high-efficient. They often come next working day after you reported.
4. Close to tourist attractions. The apartment is located by River Thames, where you can see Big Ben and the London Eye. Tate Britain is across from. You can walk along the river for approximately 18 minutes to Waterloo and Southbank, and 28 minutes to Battersea Power Station. Also the most popular dance studio in London, Base Studio, is nearby.

[Personal reviews]
I take good care of my room, and hope you like it as well. I will clean up my stuffs and all personal belonging will be taken away. The room has french window facing the garden, therefore, the room is quiet and sunny, which is precious in London. There is lots of storage space in the room, and the kitchen facilities are user-friendly. And my roommates are really easy to get along with!!!
