The house has 4 bedrooms- one of which is en-suite so you will only be sharing the main bathroom with 2 others.

The other 3 flatmates are all friendly, professional girls in their twenties who would either be working from home or in the office most days.

Bills are not included. Council tax is £44.25 and the reminder generally work out to be less than £120 per month depending on usage. We also have a cleaner regularly to keep our communal areas tidy!

The flat is well located within walking distance to amenities such as a big Sainsbury’s and Nine Elms station (8 mins), Vauxhall station (10 mins) and all the shops/restaurants within Stockwell/Little Portugal (14 mins)

Looking to move out towards the end of June but can be slightly flexible on dates.
I’m absolutely gutted to be leaving as this is an amazing room and price for the location!
