Cute double room in Vauxhall

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small desk and chair, bedside table and wall shelves.
We are a gay couple - we’re easy going and sociable but also comfortable with doing our own thing.
We’re looking for someone clean and tidy - you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom.
We want someone who is dog friendly as I sometimes dog sit.
No smoking except outside on the terrace.
The flat is close to the river, under 10 minutes walk to Vauxhall tube/rail station/buses. There is a supermarket 3 minutes away, loads of pubs, Kennington park and Bonnington Square are both nearby.
