Lovely en-suite, double bedroom

We are looking for someone to take over a double en-suite bedroom in our lovely, bright, spacious flat.
The flat is based on a beautiful square, which has a bustling café and a cute vegan restaurant.
Unfortunately our current flatmate is moving out of London so we are looking for a replacement. Three of us are very close friends and looking for someone who is sociable but also does their own thing. We both work long hours during the day week but will squeeze in a dinner on the roof terrace or a Netflix series if we can.
During the weekends we do like to have the odd bbq.
We are looking for a female, similar ages and interests who is chilled, clean and tidy. Preferably doesn’t work from home.
