Lovely small room to rent in Vauxhall.

Less thank five minutes walk to Vauxhall tube station (Victoria Line) and ten minutes from Oval tube station (Northern Line) as well as less than five mins walk to National Rail station. Super good location which is really well connected.

I have been living here since September and it has been really brilliant in terms of both location and housemates. The three remaining housemates are three lovely Irish lads who are really welcoming and accommodating - I've had no issues at all during my time here!

Am looking for someone to move in from beginning/mid June until the end of August.

Rent £750 (excluding bills) - rent would be halved for the first month depending on move-in date.

The house is a real hidden gem with a large open living area with sofas and TV. Bathroom is also large and would be shared with two other housemates. Really cool mezzanine area with large desk for your use and drawers for additional storage.

The bed is a large single and very comfortable. The room is small and there is a small wardrobe in the room but a large storage space under the bed which fits loads.
