Bright double room with wardrobe in a perfectly located 3-bed flat with 2 other young professionals. The move-in date is flexible, and can be any date from late August to late Sep.

The location of the flat is amazing, an 8 minute walk from Vauxhall station and a 7 minute walk from Kennington and Oval stations. Also nearby is Westminster and the rest of central london is on your doorstep.

The other flatmates are staying as they love the place. They are lovely 24 and 27 year-old guys who work in the city. They are respectful and friendly.

The flat has a large shared living room and all the amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer) and 1 bathroom with bath/shower. Bills come to approx 100-120 per month (council tax is 65 pcm).

I am moving out due to starting a new job and would otherwise be staying. The location, price and flat itself is amazing.

I am looking for someone to replace me on the contract, which is for a further 12 months, finishing in September 2026. Foxtons and the landlord are happy to facilitate transfer of contract/deposit.
