Sadly my flatmate has been made redundant and is moving out of London. Keen to find another professional woman to take over the room. Latest start date 22/01/26 but can be earlier.

Shared space can accommodate someone who works from home sometimes. Ideally looking for someone clean and tidy who enjoys socialising at the weekends.

I am female and teach at a local secondary school. I'm originally from the NW England, early thirties and keen to live with someone in a similar position.

The flat is well maintained, cosy and has excellent light. We have a private landlord who we have known for the last two years, she's really helpful and friendly. The landlord manages all bills.
