3 bedroom spacious penthouse apartment located right next to the Thames. The living room, dining area and kitchen all offer views of the river featuring iconic landmarks such as Battersea Power Station, Big Ben, the Shard and the London Eye.
The living room also has access to a decent sized balcony with views of the river, Battersea Power Station and Chelsea Bridge. We have sun loungers and a couple of bbqs which you’re welcome to use. It’s honestly a little slice of heaven, especially in the summer months.
The rooms and living areas are on opposite sides of the flat, meaning you won’t hear anything if anyone has guests over or if music is being played in the living room. The sound insulation in the flat is pretty amazing (I struggle to even hear the front door at times).
About the room:
Double room with a divan bed (great for storage) built in wardrobe and a bedside table. Desk and chair belongs to the previous tenant but I’m sure he’s fine to leave them behind if you’d like them.
You’ll only be sharing the bathroom with me as Lorenzo has an en-suite.
About us:
You’ll be sharing with me (31) and Lorenzo (28). I work in film and Lorenzo works in music, so we’re ideally looking for someone creative and chill that could fit in nicely. Whilst we like do go out on occasion, we’re definitely not a party flat and we’re both very chill during the week. I wfh 2-3 days a week, whilst Lorenzo tends to wfh 3-4 days a week but can be away for stretches of time because of work. Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t wfh full time. Lorenzo and I have been living here for the past two years and have really made the flat our home and we own quite a bit of the furniture and we’re looking for someone who will treat it the same way. We’re also very happy for you to add your personality to the flat, if that’s something you fancy doing.
Due to the size of the flat, we have a weekly cleaner who comes every Monday and costs £20 per week each, this includes a clean of your room every two weeks (we alternate with Lorenzo as his room is bigger). We really like to maintain the flat as tidy as possible and we’re not massive fans if you leave your dirty dishes out (we have a dishwasher so it’s fairly easy).
