We have an en-suite double bedroom to rent in our two-bedroom flat in the St George's Wharf complex. We're looking for a tenant starting from February. Rent is 920 pcm excluding bills (happy to negotiate a bit on this).
St George's Wharf is a super-modern complex right on the Thames and right next to Vauxhall tube station in Zone 1 (there are also loads of buses going past). The complex contains a small supermarket, gym, doctor, dentist, concierge office, bars/restaurants, and underground parking for cars and bikes. There many more restaurants and cafes close by. The gorgeous Battersea park is a 10minute bike/bus ride away.
The room is fully furnished with an en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), double bed, and built-in wardrobe. You'll also have use of the shared kitchen, open-plan living room/dining room, and small balcony.
We're a couple -- I work for a social enterprise and my partner is a journalist/photographer. We like our home to be calm and tidy and we try hard to live in a way that's ethical and environmentally friendly. We've lived in many places around the world and we love meeting new people.
