Hello there! We have an exceptional double room overlooking Bonnington Square available in our amazing huge renovated Victorian terraced house, situated in a quiet, leafy, residential square in Zone 1.

THE HOUSE: Our three-storey house is very spacious with a garden, a large eat-in kitchen, a huge top-floor living room, two bathrooms (two showers, 1 big bathtub) plus a separate toilet, a sauna(!), a fireplace, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, a locked and bolted bicycle rack in the garden, a tonne of storage space and a big roof terrace overlooking our beautiful neighbouring park. There's more than enough space for everyone living here.

THE ROOM is super bright, private, quiet, two windows with double aspect facing south for sun and north for mellow light if wfh.

The rent is £840 pcm, plus roughly £190 pcm for all bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, wireless broadband), our cleaner (twice a week for shared areas) and (some) household consumables.

LOCATION: We are just a 3 minute walk from Vauxhall tube, national rail/overground and bus station, 10 minutes from Oval, 3 minutes from Waitrose, Sainsbury's, and Tesco. And 10mins from big Tesco Sainsburys and abit more for lidl. In our square there's the 'world famous' Bonnington Cafe, one of the most charming delis in London "Italo" and two community gardens opposite. The community-feel atmosphere in the square is one of a kind.

US (THE HOUSEMATES): The current 5 housemates are: 5 guys of various nationalities. Between us we’re from Britain, Ireland, Spain and Switzerland and work in architecture, font development/design, government, and Us embassy. Age range from 27 - 32. We enjoy socializing as a house where we can. Interests include music, art, cooking, films, travel, drag race, nights out, and taking photos of the squirrels in the garden. At the same time we all have independent social lives outside the house, with plenty of “your own space”. We are all cis gay men in the house, members of the LGBT+ and allies are welcome.

We are looking for a similar personality to be part of this friendly household! We are not just looking for a person to fill in this room, rather someone who we'll get along with and who will keep this house a friendly place we can all call home. So please send us an essay in your application :P

P. s: By landlord requirement this room is for one occupant only, no pets are allowed, nor is smoking in the house. However we have our own garden/terrace if you do need to smoke.
