The flat is located between Vauxhall and Oval stations, about a 5-7 minutes walk to either (both lines run 24 hours on weekends!). There are a couple of places for the foodies here and there (Indian, Korean, Nandos and Dirty Burger), a big Tesco nearby and a very nice pub/bar about 10 seconds away (literally in front of the flat).

We are looking for someone who will make this flat a home, who is clean, tidy and respectful.

About us: we are an international couple, quite easy going, crazy about good food and who love to try new places as well as to have a drink during the weekend.

Please note that the landlord is currently seeking to sell the flat and although he is unlikely to sell in the near future there is always the risk of receiving an offer. There is a two month notice period that would allow us and you to look for another place if a sale goes ahead.
