We're looking for someone to join our lovely house share in Bonnington Square. 5 minutes from Vauxhall station (Victoria tube and main-line) and 10 minutes from Oval (Northern line), it is really well connected whilst being located in a complete idyll. Theres 2 months left on the current tenancy and our landlord has confirmed in writing she will be re-newing this for another 12 months.

The house is actually split in to two flats: one ground floor flat and ours, which spans 4 floors and has a roof terrace- perfect for the summer! We have a separate kitchen and living room, two bathrooms and 4 good sized double bedrooms. The property is privately rented which is great for us - the landlord is attentive, everything is maintained to a high standard and there are no admin fees!

Your room is on the middle floor and is extremely bright and airy, with plenty of storage including a large built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will be sharing a huge bathroom which has a bath and proper shower.

The current housemates are myself (Emma), Ryan, Gaj and Jesse. Ryan and Gaj both work in finance and Jesse works in travel. Although we aren't a 'party house' as we all have pretty busy work schedules, we like to socialise when we can. We are all a really relaxed and friendly bunch. I will be moving out and we are ideally looking for another girl to keep the balance.

The boring bits:
Bills are £96/month, which includes a cleaner for all communal areas, council tax, tv license, broadband, gas & electricity and the kitty for communal items like loo roll. Deposit is £1,110 and needs to be paid before moving in, along with a months rent in advance. Deposite is protected by the DPS.
