I’m sadly leaving my lovely and cozy 3-bed flat, because I am moving back to Italy after 2 years spent in this flat, amazingly located close to Victoria and Sloane Square stations (less than 10 min walk)
- The bedroom is available from the 6th of April
- The rent is 780£ per month, including water & council tax
- The other bills (gas, electricity & broadband) come to an average of 40£ per month
- The deposit is 750£
- Minimum stay 6 months
You will be sharing the flat with two lovely girls! Maria is the Spanish flatmate and Anthea the dutch flatmate, two professionals ladies in their late 20s!
We are looking for someone clean and tidy, and of course with similar interests (specially for dinner with wine & cheese)
