Flat Features:
A 2-floor flat on the 4th floor of a building (lift available). We have a shared living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a storage room and a small balcony.
Heating included in the rent. Broadband speed is 1Gbps.

Location:
The flat is just a 10-minute walk from Victoria Underground and Rail station. 15 mins Sloane Square station. Very close to Westmoreland Terrace and Ebury Bridge bus stops as well.
There is a Sainsbury's less than 10 mins walk away, also a Tesco Express and a Waitrose.

We are a friendly group of young professionals who enjoy working out, eating out or going for a walk/museum visit, as well as just staying in and watching TV. Tenancy Agreement:
Its duration is 12 months with a break clause in the middle. Moving date is 11th July but we can be flexible if you need to move in earlier.
