May suit someone in between places, who travels light, until they find the right accommodation, or a Student or Intern looking for a room, or also a pair of friends who are ok to share a double bed - price for 2 people is £225 weekly, £900/4-weekly.
There are 2 bathrooms and unlimited WiFi available. Bathrooms are equally shared and each have a Shower as well as a Whirlpool bath.
Usual amenities - washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi
Must be OK with Cats.

No relationship dramas, please! Our idea of Hell - someone who brings "friends" to stay over very regularly or a clingy other half who is always there when you are not. I work shifts in customer service and Irina has an office job, so if you are hotel staff, shop worker, builder, or customer service staff you would probably fit right in! Its ok if you need to apply for Housing benefit as a top up, but you must find the rent and deposit until this comes through.

We also expect you to help out equally with the housekeeping. But if you prefer, you can pay an extra £15/weekly for a cleaner to do your chores.

We prefer a calm, peaceful life and a tidy & clean home environment. Friendly, honest and respectful would be ideal attributes - to which you can expect the same in return. We both tend to keep ourselves to ourselves, though.

Its a lovely flat, recently refurbished (December 2018) in a great location; a quiet yet very central Street and would suit someone looking for a short commute or who likes to live centrally. Available from 20 February; if you need somewhere immediately we can accommodate this. Last time we advertised, the first person to view it took it on the spot.
