Hi, we are a professional couple and a guy living in a modern flat in an unbeatable location. Full time concierge downstairs, water-side flat.

2 min walk to the DLR (Royal Victoria) or 12 min walk to Canning Town (for night tube). Tesco Express within the building. Perfect for access to Canary Wharf or the City.

Surrounded by the beautiful Victoria Quay. Wake boarding and bar out on the barge in the summer. Take the cable car to O2 or check out the Excel centre down the road.

Modern kitchen with a washer/dryer, dish washer and large storage space. Clean, modern bathroom (with a shower/bath) to be be shared with 1 other person only. Queen bed with massive modern windows and private Juliet balcony.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED (council tax, high speed broadband, TV license, you name it). Never any issues, friendly and responsive management.

The flat does not have a living room. While we get along and are happy to hang out, we mostly keep to ourselves and respect each other's space.

We're hoping to find an easy going, clean individual who enjoys living in London as much as we do!
