We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely, large, split level terraced house by Victoria Park Village.

We are Tom, Aaron & Giulia, all professionals working in digital media and advertising. We are looking for someone easy going, who enjoys living in a clean house, likes going for pints, the usual stuff :) - we're sociable, friendly and looking for likeminded housemates. A sense of humour is welcome.

The house is on a residential street 2 minutes walk from Victoria Park Village and a short walk away from London Fields. We also have a large Tesco 5 minutes away.

We're well connected with plenty of bus stops near the house, with London Fields and Homerton overground stations 10-15 minute walk.

Large kitchen (with gas stove and dishwasher), south facing living room (plenty of sun), good sized bathroom with bath/shower combo and bedrooms separately on the top floor.

We also have a wooden deck/terrace overlooking the back garden, which is great for a few spritz's in summer.

The bedroom has a double bed, shelves, and a cupboard for clothes. The room is very well lit (south facing).

We have a cleaner who comes to the house every couple of weeks. Bills are not included.
