Ideally, we are looking for 2 friendly, tidy and considerate professional female housemates who are 30+ years old.

The house is on Victoria Park Road, directly across the street from Victoria Park (90 hectares) at the front, and overlooks the lovely parkland of Well Street Common at back.

The back garden (wooden deck with limestone paving) opens directly onto Well Street Common.

It is a short walk to shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and transport of Victoria park village / Lauriston Road roundabout

House has many original, Victorian features, including wooden / hard floors throughout, and comprises 6 bedrooms (2 are not used as bedrooms), plus:
