We are Harry and Harrison, two young professionals and friends who are looking for a new housemate as our previous flatmate is moving abroad for work.

The property is a three bed upper maisonette spread across three floors of a townhouse on one of the nicest streets in the area. Each room comes partially furnished with a bed, but it may be possible to buy more furniture off our departing housemate if required. It has a garden that backs onto Wells Common just off Victoria Park, large windows in every room that get lots of light and fantastic panoramic views of the park from every bedroom. It has two bathrooms with a shower/toilet.

Bills not included in the rent but come to £50-60 a month each. Homerton station is 5-10 minute walk away, Mile End tube 5-10 mins on a bus, London Fields 15 mins walk, Shoreditch 15 minutes on the bus. Lots of local amenities and lovely restaurants and bars in the nearby Victoria Park Village, plus good sized Tesco and Lidl 5 minutes walk away.
