Double Room in Victoria Park

We have a double room in house available from the 1st of December. The room is spacious and bright, comes unfurnished but with a double bed frame.

As the pictures show, the house is pretty special for the price! Great location, just a stones throw from Victoria Park, with the great Kenton Pub across the road!

The house is on three floors with a bathroom, shower room and separate downstairs WC. We have a living room with doors to the large garden (keen gardeners encouraged!) and a separate kitchen with all the usual appliances. There are loads of storage cupboards throughout.

We're two friendly women who are sociable but also pretty busy people, working and seeing our friends etc. Cecilia is brand new and has just moved in and I've been here since the start of 2021.

We are hoping for someone who is easy to get along with, helps to keep the place clean and tidy and cares about the environment. We are both hardworking professionals, so the house is generally quieter in the evenings (we're not late night party throwers!) so we're looking for someone who has a similar attitude.

We would prefer to live with someone who does not identify as a cis man and who is LGBTQ friendly.

The house has a lot of stairs, it is split across 5 levels. The room available is on the second floor.

Oh, and we have a little cat! :)
