Room in our huge Victoria Park Road home avail!

We have a great room available in our huge Victoria Park Road home.

The big beautiful house is situated on Vicky Park road itself, facing a park entrance, with Well St Common directly behind and also Victoria Park Village with its great cafes and food shops 2 mins away.

Situated across three floors, with a bonus basement space for storage, the house is huge and never ever feels crowded even though there are 5 people total in it. There are 2 bathrooms one with shower/bath the other with shower, 2 toilets, kitchen with utility room and 2 sinks, huge bright living room and dining space with a big wooden table that comfortably can fit 8+ people around easily, as well as a back garden with a garden gate that opens onto Well St Common (perfect in summer and to have friends over at the park).

The room available is on the third floor, it’s a great and really cosy double room, that overlooks Well St Common. It has lots of space enough for a huge wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed, desk, shelves and side table, and also has its own mantle piece feature.

The room comes partly furnished with bed (the frame is an ottoman frame so things can be stored in the bed itself), shoe rack and solid wooden chest of drawers. Extra bits and pieces of furniture are available in the house should you maybe need extra drawers for example.

There is a bus stop 30 seconds outside the front door that goes to Bethnal Green, shoreditch, Liverpool Street onto London Bridge, and Homerton Overground Station is a 10 min walk away.

I am truly devastated to be leaving this house and housemates and the only reason I am is due to relocating to another country for a new job. You would be living with 4 others, mixture of male and females all 30+. They are all super lovely people, jobs range from graphic design to architect. We aren’t a party house but for sure have the odd party, are always up for a pint in the Village, regularly cook and eat together and meet in the living room or dining room for a chat and some television or a film. We’d be looking for someone that would fit into our great group, (28+ so we dont feel too old haha) that is considerate, and up for making their place a home too!

Price is £720 plus deposit and bills (vary but usually no more than £80p/m including weekly cleaner), and date is somewhat flexible around Dec 1st (most likely the weekend afer)
