We're looking for a laid back housemate to join us in our beautiful 3,200 sq. ft. converted Victorian warehouse.

It is a vast, bright space right by London Fields, Broadway Market and Mare Street. Located in Enterprise House, a sought-after live/work building in a fantastic location. The space has high ceilings and enormous wall-to-wall original windows which flood the space with natural light. There are lovely original features such painted exposed beams and rolling shutters, giving the space real character.

The available room is a generous double with exposed beams and extra high ceilings.

There is a massive lounge with comfortable sofas and home cinema with projector and XL screen.

The kitchen is large and open plan with a generous adjacent dining area with a feature light and a large table to seat 8 made from an old wooden cable reel.

Full central heating throughout, the warehouse is warm all year!

About us:

We all independent and have our own groups of friends but we would like somebody who would be up for joining in house meals, movies and drinks.

We've put a lot of work into making the space what it is and want a housemate who will treat it like a home. We are all clean and considerate and expect the same from our new housemate.
