Double Bed | Victoria Park | 2 Floor Penthouse

Hey guys!

I’ll be back on my travels between Cape Town and Barcelona for 12 months, likely around June 15th and therefore seeking a fab new roomie to live with Sarah and Tom who live here currently.

Sarah is a super chill and hilarious 32 year old Australian girl who works in project management and a total babe. Tom is 29 and works in advertising and one very cool chap - again very easy going, loves deep diving into a good series but also out a lot with his friends.

We are an incredibly relaxed bunch here and looking for similar. We enjoy socialising as much as we do chilling at home with a wine and watching some trash tv/David Attenborough/horror movie. We socialise together on the odd occasion outside of the apartment but equally very much have our own lives, we get on incredibly well and life here is just generally easy.

We both generally keep the place clean and tidy but also far from OCD and it’s important to us that anyone living here can treat it like their own home and feel it’s their safe, private space. We also have a lovely cleaner who comes fortnightly.

The building is only a year old, and is a one min walk to a giant Tescos, organic greengrocers, coffee shops and a five minute walk to Victoria Park Village, for those interested the building won the 2021 RIBA architectural award and has concrete walls and internal skylight in the common areas - (swish)

The room itself is a double/king with wardrobes, and shares one bathroom with Tom although there is two in the property that you can use.

My travel dates are somewhat flexible so so let me know your prefs and I can try and work around it if it comes to it :)

It’s a very modern apartment, with all the latest fancy mod-cons, phone controlled lighting and airconditioning. Both floors have balconies that get the morning-afternoon sun. It’s about 1300sqft so pretty sizeable with a large living room and kitchen upstairs, bedrooms below.

It is a super secure building and has a separate private bike store beneath the building if you ride!
