Spacious two bed maisonette over two floors, a couple of minutes walk from Victoria Park Village & Well Street Common. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Second bedroom has double bed, built in and external wardrobe, plus desk currently. Fully furnished.
I work in advertising and work from home two days a week, so open to either full or part time rent. Also have a dog (Sonny) shown in one of the pics. Time is generally split between work / exercise / friends & family / relaxing and dog walking. Love to travel, explore etc and be social.
Perfect set-up would be easy going and friendly, have our own lives but good for a film/drink/dinner now and again. Bonus points if you like dogs and vice versa.
