6 week sublet on Victoria Park

Your Room!

My partner and I are sadly moving out of this beautiful Victorian terrace house right on the edge of Victoria Park. We're looking for a single or couple to sublet our room for 6 weeks until the remainder of the existing tenancy, which is up on the 9th of June. Ideally we'd love for someone to move in ASAP, and will be doing viewings this coming Thursday and Friday eve after 6.30pm.

You'll be sharing with some of the loveliest, most kind and generous housemates we've had the pleasure of living with and two furry friends as seen in the photos. This amazing home has two living rooms, 3 bathrooms, an outdoor terrace, sun room and rear garden; and to top it all off there's even an art studio out-house to wfh in and get creative.

Your room is on the top floor of the house with two large sash windows (south/west facing) with the most amazing view out onto the park, also nice and quiet, and away from the hustle and bustle of London. The room comes with two in built wardrobes either side of the fire place, double bed and 2 seater leather sofa. Unfortunately the other items visible in the photos (desk, chair, mirror and chest of drawers will be coming with us to our new place).

The house is well connected, with 10 minute walk to Hackney wick station for the Overground, a 10 min bike ride to Bethnal Green tube station to get into central and several bus stops within a 5/10 min walk too. There is a santander cycle hire 5 min walk from the house if you prefer to cycle.
