We’re looking for a couple ideally, but singles are absolutely welcome to apply too! Price would be adjusted for a single.

The ideal housemate(s) would be social yet independent, open minded, considerate, easygoing, and proactive about keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. We’re a laid-back but respectful household, and we’d love someone who’s warm, communicative, and up for the occasional pub night or shared dinner.

Almost all furnishings pictured in the room are available for purchase for a quick and easy move in!

The Flat & Location

You’ll be sharing with two others, and we have a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area with views straight into Victoria Park
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need
Bus stop right outside with direct routes via Liverpool Street to London Bridge
Short walk to Overground stations and other bus routes
And of course, Victoria Park is just across the road—perfect if you’re a runner, love long walks, or just want to relax in the sun

Who You’ll Be Living With

You’ll be joining Meg (28) and Ryan (31)—two friendly, sociable flatmates who enjoy a good balance of hanging out and doing their own thing.

Meg is Irish (but with a Bristol accent despite having never been). She works in finance, is in the office most days, and loves Pilates, running, and socialising. She’s always up for a wine and pasta night at home.

Ryan is English with Irish roots and, sadly, an Aston Villa fan. He always has solid TV recommendations and enjoys live music.
