Room available 2 min walk from Victoria Park 🍃

Hello!

We have a lovely double room becoming available in our cute three bed flat right beside Victoria Park. Move in date v flexible.

It's just a 2 minute walk to Victoria Park, 7 minute walk to the Overground and 5 minutes from Tesco.

The room comes furnished as seen in the photos (although current bed is slightly higher)

A little bit about us.. Affraic is 31, Irish and is a nurse. She loves being right beside the park and canals for walks. New love of cycling so try to get out of London to go on longer rides as much as possible. Lucy is 30, Australian and is also a nurse. She loves cycling, hiking, travelling and the outdoors in general!

Affraic has been living here for almost 3 years and Lucy 1 year. We normally keep it pretty quiet during the week but are partial to some pints at the weekend🍻🍻

We'd prefer if you only WFH a couple of days a week.

Bills normally work out at approx £150 a month for council tax, water, electricity and wifi.

Move-in date can be flexible.
