This is a bright and airy double room. It comes unfurnished besides a chest of drawers and a bedside table. There is the option to take the clothes hanger unit as well as the mirror if wanted at no cost.

- Rent is £931 per month.
- All bills, including utilities, council tax, fibre broadband, come to £110 pppm.
- Total £1041 per month.


Rent and Bills are paid of the 15th of each month.

Move in date is 1st April.

As the 1st of April is halfway between payment dates, half a month’s rent will be required (£520).

Your first full monthly payment (£1041) will then be on the 15th April and will last until the 15th May etc.

The successful applicant will also replace me on the tenancy agreement, so there will be referencing by the landlord which will require proof of income - therefore no students, sorry!

Julia is 41, Canadian, and works in speciality coffee. She likes cycling, coffee and eating pastries
Caity is 28, British and works in office management. She enjoys film, art and having a good laugh.
They both work regular hours with early starts.

As a household, we're all friendly, tidy and respectful. The flat is peaceful, chilled and homely. Whilst we have our own things going on, we also enjoy the occasional dinner or film night in, or weekend coffee together.

*About you*

Looking for someone 30+ who wants to share a home, rather than an anonymous house share. Someone who is friendly, tidy and experienced in house sharing / splitting responsibility for cleaning is essential. Very happy to have people who WFH - there's room for a desk in the bedroom, and also a dining room table to work from.
