Studio Style room in a House / Private Bathroom

Hi there,

Do you love Hackney and all it has to offer?

An airy double room, studio style (was used for air bnb prior, where you can see my 5 star reviews, as a super host which I can share with you. Also 10/10 reviews on booking .com.

The Studio style, double room, private bathroom, is in a four double bedroom, Mock Georgian house, with courtyard garden. (One room is my office)

A stones throw away (1 min) from Well street common, 6 mins from Victoria Park, 5 mins, if that, from Victoria Park Village.
A coveted area in East London, with many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and independent shops with a lovely vibe.

Please note:
There are a few furries too. 2 lovely cats & a
5 year old , friendly dog. Of course, they will not go in your room or bathroom although are allowed everywhere else, in the house.

What do I do?
I own a tech recruitment company and am a Reiki Master / Teacher.

What do I like?
I enjoy walks in the park with my dog, Reiki, Yoga, self development, a good Netliix series, Podcasts, (Super Soul Sunday’s, my fav at the mo, with Oprah) I love food, like to travel, socialising with friends & family, .

Cleaner included in price, every 2 weeks, when she able to come back to work, due to the current Covid situation.

The house is a new build, Georgian style. With a large double room, which has dual aspect and is around 14 x 13 ish. The private bathroom is next door to the bedroom.

Sky, Netflix, BT Infinity.
(Fastest as I work from home a lot)
& 55 inch Sony TV. (2019 model in your room)
Mini fridge, nespresso coffee machine and microwave also in the room.

Getting about:

Liverpool Street.
You can either get a 26 bus, straight to Liverpool Street, around 20 mins early morning. The bus stop is, 1 minute from the house.

Or a train from London Fields which takes 8-11 mins and is a 8 minute walk to the station.

Hackney Central is a 10 minute walk.

Easy links to Canary Wharf (20 mins) and the West End.


Bethnal Green, being the nearest tube.

The house is on the cusp of Victoria Park Village. A coveted area in East London, with many coffee shops, restaurants and independent shops, with a lovely vibe.

A 7 minute walk, to the super trendy & vibrant Broadway Market and more green spaces, of London Fields.

Columbia road is easily accessible too, as well as Dalston, for more bars & restaurants.

The room is a large double/studio room.

The room has, 2 windows, with white shutters, it’s own bathroom next door to it, which is bigger than an average ensuite, which looks out onto Lauristan Road,. (Shower, sink, toilet and mirror, storage unit and white shutters) The bathroom is 100% your own private bathroom. Just been freshly painted white :)

The bedroom and bathroom are located on the middle floor, so private too.

My bathroom and bedroom is upstairs on the top floor.

I work mainly from home or in one of the lovely coffee shops, doing tech recruitment and work in various clinics in London for my reiki work.

Fully furnished studio style room with a small bijoux sofa, queen size bed, wardrobe, drawers, small drinks fridge, Mirror, 55 inch Sony TV, (2019 model) Coffee table, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, . If you have any other requests, then let me know :)

Private good sized bathroom, (shows toile the) 100% yours is freshly repainted white, white shutters, marble tiled floor, shower, toilet, sink.

You are welcome to use everything in the kitchen as fully set up.

We are a friendly & considerate. The house has good energy, as do we :)

We are happy with any gender, straight, gay or anything else. So long , as you are considerate, respectful and friendly, that works for us.

I have rented the other double room, out to people for over the years. Most staying very long term.

Please note. It’s not a party house, Its easy going & somewhere to chill.

Should you like a smoke, we would ask you to smoke in the sweet courtyard garden & not in the house please.

Animal friendly is a must, as we have a medium sized dog as in picture and 2 cats.
