The room is available from 14 Dec until the end of Feb 2019 when the contract ends.

PLEASE NOTE Everyone is planning to move out at the end of Feb 2020 to fly solo... so what is on offer is a 10 week house share and then the whole house is up for contract renewal. At which point you could take out a new contract with the agents (and take a bigger room 😉), if you wanted.

Joao has lived here happily for 5yrs and is leaving due to a change in personal circumstances. You will be male or female, living with two professional guys, all early-mid 30s and one female student. Lawrence, Doug and Karen are all great housemates to have - a really chilled bunch, who each have their own independent lives, but enjoy hanging out together in the kitchen or lounge when everyone is home.

It’s a 3/4 bed. Three bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. Separate lounge and kitchen downstairs with a third downstairs room that we are currently using as a 4th bedroom. There is a back garden which backs on to a cemetery - making it an especially quiet place to enjoy in the evenings when it’s warmer ;)

The bedroom is partially furnished and includes memory foam mattress but no bed frame. The shelves, drawers and wardrobes are all included.

Smoking is permitted in the garden only. Unfortunately we aren’t allowed pets and the room available is too small for a couple, but there would be bigger rooms to choose from by the end of the contract. No other exclusions apply.

Walthamstow is a great place to live, leafy and quiet with all amenities a short walk from the house and very well connected for the rest of London.
