Hi! I’m looking for a housemate to join me in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment! The flat is 5 min away (by bus) from Blackhorse Road station, which means you’re guaranteed a seat on the Victoria line.
The apartment has recently been refurbished; brand new luxurious carpet, newly painted walls, and all new kitchen appliances!
The kitchen and living room are incredibly spacious. The bay windows are south facing which lets a lot of sunlight in!
The room is furnished and there is a brand new double bed mattress. There is a large built-in wardrobe within the room.
Bills are expected to be around £150 per month. This included council tax, gas and electricity, water, internet (5G!!), and TV license.
A bit about me; I’m a half Dutch/ English young professional who grew up in Manila! I’m looking for someone who is in a similar life phase as me and lives a pretty calm life. Preferably also some one who is double vaxxed!
