Mon-Fri Only Let Double Room E17

I have a double room available in my lovely 3-bed Warner Terrace flat. It’s situated in tube zone 3, a stone’s throw from Walthamstow High Street, St. James’ Street overground station and Blackhorse Road tube. It also comes with easy access to the A406/M25/M11 and numerous regular/reliable London bus routes a few minutes’ walk away.

Whilst I am away for most of the week, the room will not suit a worker from home.

The flat is spacious, neutral in decor with 3 bedrooms - the room available is the middle-sized bedroom, which is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a large chest of drawers, a small bedside table with two drawers and a small clothes rail.

The kitchen/diner is modern and stylish and leads to a balcony. Chairs and a table are available to sit on and enjoy the sunshine, which catches brilliantly for most of the day. Balcony steps take you down to a good-sized garden with garden furniture and a fire pit.

The living room is cosy with a large tv and wireless broadband. The house also has a good-sized bathroom.

Vehicles can be parked on the street outside for which I have a guest parking permit account, costing a fraction of what the parking meters charge.

You will be sharing with myself and one other professional. I am cabin crew so you will benefit from my frequent absence.
