I'm renting my furnished, bright one-bedroom flat in Walthamstow Village, a vibrant area of London that has very quick transport links into Central London.

The Flat:
-Quiet first floor garden flat on a safe residential street, alongside period Victorian houses
-Large living room with wood floors, a dining area, double blow up bed if needed, and television
-Spacious kitchen
-double Bedroom that looks out to the garden and is very quiet
-Bathroom with Bathtub
-Entrance hall
-Large, 40-foot Garden

The Neighbourhood:
The flat is in Walthamstow Village, which is a very sought-after neighbourhood in East London, particularly popular with young professionals and young families. There are lots of great restaurants, cafes, pubs, and parks. There is also a Tesco only a couple minutes from the flat, which is open 6am-midnight.

Transport:
The flat has great transport links. There is a bus stop right outside, which takes you to Walthamstow Central station, or you can walk there in 10 minutes. The tube takes just 20 minutes to get you to Central London.

The furniture:
The furniture is included with the flat.
