Double room in Walthamstow - Mid May

Our lovely flatmate Aidan is leaving the fold to move in with his bf, which means we have a room available for a fab new addition.

A LITTLE ABOUT US:

Joey (36) - I'm from London and have been living in Walthamstow for the past 4 years. I'm a teacher, working in the creative space. I like watching movies, doing arts & crafts and going out for the occasional pub quiz.

Gabriella (31) - Is from Italy and has been living in the UK for over 5 years now. She moved to Walthamstow almost 2 years ago and currently works in marketing. Gabby enjoys reading, travelling and growing her houseplant collection.

We are both very friendly, fun, outgoing people. We have our own lives and hobbies outside of living together, but we equally enjoy spending time together for nights in on the sofa, dinners, as well as going "out out". For us, this is more than a house share, it's our home, where we have become really close mates, and as such we are looking for the right person to join the 'fam'.

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and up for making new friends. We all take responsibility for taking care of the house, so someone who is willing to join in to keep the place clean and tidy is a must. Single occupant (no couples), working professional who preferably doesn't work from home.

A LITTLE ABOUT THE HOUSE:

It's a 3 bed house on a nice residential street in Walthamstow, close to both Walthamstow Queen's Road station (6 minute walk) and Walthamstow Central (8 minute walk) and is close to shops, pubs, restaurants and the oh so trendy village. We have a communal living room, kitchen, and small study room as well as a nice sized garden, which makes a lovely breakfast spot on a good day. Parking is available, however as the road is permit parking this would be something you would have to organise if needed.

Bills included in rent: Internet / TV / water / Council tax.
Bills excluded from rent: gas & electric which will be split between all tenants.

A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROOM:

The room is a bright and clean small double. (The room has been updated since this picture was taken... new pics to come soon)

The room is being let as 'unfurnished' as the furniture belongs to my current housemate. The room does however come equipped with a wardrobe.

Rent for the room is 750 pcm and is paid at the start of the month for that month. Deposit of 1 months rent + rent in advance.
