Lovely, bright double room available in a split level Victorian house with a garden and its own bathroom.

Room is at the back of the house and overlooks the garden.

It comes furnished with double bed, high quality John Lewis mattress, drawers, clothes rail and small cupboard. But would be happy to move furniture out if someone wanted to bring their own.

You have use of own bathroom with bath and shower. It’s not en-suite but is just down the hall.

There’s loads of storage space in the attic also.

Eat in kitchen with new washing machine and dishwasher, gets lovely sun in afternoons.

Huge living room that gets the sun from early morning to late afternoon.

A great size garden which gets sun all day in various spots.

I keep the house nice and clean and tidy but I’m not fastidious.

Happy to consider dogs but not cats sorry as very allergic .

15 mins walk to the greenery of Walthamstow marches, the Blackhorse Road breweries and bars and there are lovely cafes, wine shops, delis, bakeries on the door step. Walthamstow high street is a 10 min walk where all the big supermarkets and market stalls are.

I’m in my early 40’s working in various areas, music, pa work and am out most of the weekends whether at the lido, cinema, hanging with friends, pub, theatre etc. I’m also out would say half the week nights, sometimes less. I’m a relaxed person and just looking for no stress, comfortable vibes with whoever moves in.

It’s a very chill house and def not a party house and would suit someone friendly, respectful and easy going who’s happy to chat when they want to, watch a bit of tv or also keep themselves to themselves if they prefer.
