Summer Sublet attic room(potential of long term)

Hello!
I’m subletting my beautiful attic bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower.

The house has got all you need: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, tv with ps4, a garden, air fryer, microwave, two fridges and also a pull up bar in the garden if you are into fitness.

The location is perfect, Walthamstow Queens road is 3 mins away, Victoria like is 8 mins away, Saint James street is 9 mins away. 158/58 bud stop is 5 mins away.

I’m subletting because I’ve finished university and plan on travelling. The house is a bit pricey because we rent the whole house and it costs a bit. 1400£ for a couple is enough to cover rent and bills. I will leave some of my things in the room but I will make space for clothes. The room is spacious and bright.

My flatmates are two lovely girls that mostly work outside of the house. They are very sociable but enjoy privacy as well.
