Sharing with just myself and my partner. We both work in homelessness/ mental health and are happy to be friends and share a dinner/ watch a movie now and then but don’t expect this if you don’t want to!
Room comes with wardrobe, chest of drawers and the bed which has drawers under. Landlord is very chill so wouldn’t mind if you wanted to put up shelves or something for more storage.
We have a kitchen/ dining room, living room and garden for just 3 of us.
We have 2 cats and a snake so can consider other pets. Might not be possible to have another cat/ a dog but send me a message and we can see.
Can be flexible with move in date anywhere from mid June - 10 July.
Bills are around £100 a month
Nb we have 2 ads up (one for this room and one for the double) but only wanna let one room and make the other a study space.
