Double room

Hi All!

We have double room for single use available from the 1st of September between Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse Road.

The room is coming with double bed, wardrobe, and bookshelf. The flat is in a residential and quiet street close to park, football pitch and the canal is just around the corner!

The area is well connected to Liverpool Street (15 minutes by Overground from St. James Street Station) and Oxford Street (20 minutes by Victoria Line). There are buses and night buses (230,158 and 58) that stops 2 minutes’ walk from the flat.

The High Street is 5 minutes’ walk and it offers lots of supermarkets such as Lidl, Sainsbury, Tesco, Asda and Iceland.
The shopping mall, GPs, local shops, restaurants, The Gym and coffee shops are all in walkable distance.

We are two girls looking for a tidy, clean and friendly housemate - preferably a girl - professional or student, no smoking please.
We are both professionals working in an office and coffee shop. When we are not working, we like to go out with friends or relax at home with a glass of wine.

The monthly rent is £850 all bills included, and the deposit is £500.
