Double Room with private Bathroom

Double room available in 2-bed flat in Walthamstow. 2 mins from Wood Street Station and about 15 mins to Walthamstow Central, with the Village right in between so loads of nice cafés, pubs and shops nearby.
You’ll be living with me, I’m a full-time professional, in the office 3 days a week and sometimes away abroad for work, so you’ll sometimes have the flat to yourself for periods. Looking for someone like-minded, social, easy going and clean :)

The room has some furniture at the moment, but I’m flexible to add to it or take things out if preferred. You’re welcome to decorate and make it feel like your own space too (the current photo is just a stock image, the room’s currently white right now).
You’d also have the main bathroom to yourself as I’ve got an en-suite.

Bills are extra £200 (£1100 total monthly rent).
Available from the end of March.
