I’m moving in with a close friend and looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this beautiful two-bedroom flat (in March/April)

It’s on a quiet residential street, just a five-minute walk from Lloyd Park and the William Morris Gallery. The flat is really spacious, spread over the first and second floors of a traditional Warner-style house, and comes with a sunny garden shared with our friendly downstairs neighbour (and a few visiting cats!). The property is privately managed by the letting agency. The flat also has tonnes of storage space throughout.

The room is a furnished, comfortable double and also includes a massive wardrobe, plus a chest of drawers. You would also have a private full bathroom (both a bath tub and shower).

You’ll be sharing with Tim (Dutch, 29) who has recently moved back to London to complete the final year of his PhD at Kings College.

Transport is amazing from Walthamstow with both the Victoria Line and the overground.
- 14 minutes to Kings Cross (Victoria line)
- 19 minutes to Oxford Circus (Victoria line)
- Under 20 minutes to Liverpool Street and East London (overground)

The area is actually so lovely with so many community events, green spaces, bakeries, markets, bars and pubs! There are also several running clubs, yoga studios and coworking spaces if you’re looking to build community in London 🙂

Looking for someone clean, friendly, calm and respectful who is available to move now (March/April). You will need to be referenced by the letting agency and we’d prefer to find someone who is looking to stay long-term
