En-suite double in Walthamstow Village

I have a lovely, furnished double room with its own private en-suite bathroom, bills included, available from mid-May.

The house is in the heart of Walthamstow Village and is a peaceful place to come home to. It's a walk away from the Victoria line and right by Orford Road, a charming high street with pubs, cafes, grocery shops, and boutiques.

I’m looking for someone easy-going and considerate to share with. I’m happy to chat and hang out, and friends are welcome over, but I also respect own space and keeping the communal areas tidy. I also have a sweet-natured indoor cat.
