Double Room Pleasant Home

I am looking to rent my fully furnished and bright double bedrooms in my 2-bed maisonette, situated just 10 minutes' walk from Walthamstow Central station, and about a 15 minute walk from Blackhorse Road station. The new tenant would ideally be a clean and quiet English speaking single professional, and would be living with Dom and myself Tony.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf, and desk and chair. The kitchen and bathroom are both shared between all of us. The kitchen has all of the necessary amenities (washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle etc.) and the bathroom has a great shower and bath. The house has full central heating & double glazing, and a communal garden. There's also high-speed unlimited broadband.

Travel links are great for the area, with Walthamstow Central (Victoria line & National Rail) and Blackhorse Road (Victoria line & Overground) stations within walking distance. Walthamstow Central also has a large bus station with buses travelling all over London every few minutes, as well as a number of night buses, so getting anywhere around London is really easy from here.

A brand new cinema has recently opened in the area as well as a few new restaurants. Near the station there is a decent sized Asda, Sainsbury's, Lidl and a small shopping centre with a coffee shop and a few clothes shops. There are a couple of great pubs within walking distance from the house, The Bell serves great food and beer and offers a pub quiz every Tuesday night, the Rose and Crown has live music and comedy every once in a while, and The Swan shows all the top sports (mainly football!), so there's something to suit all tastes. Lloyd park is a stone's throw away which is fantastic in the summer.

Please note that while I won't allow pets, I do have a very friendly house cat called Ebony.
