Small room (2.5m x 2m) in shared house. The room comes with plenty of storage and a single bed. WiFi. Large furnished, comfortable living room with TV. Garden and kitchen with usual white goods (gas cooker, fridge freezer, and washing machine). Monthly rent is £295. Bills (which includes everything barring international telephone calls) are an extra £115 per month. Rent and bills are payable at the beginning of the month so the total is £410. Our ideal flatmate will be an easy-going person but must be happy to muck in with household chores with the rest of us.
Ideally we would want someone to stay long-term.
The house is 5 minutes walk from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria Line and overground.
