If you're looking for a place to call a home in a relaxed, beautiful house, this is the place for you and live with an artist?

A bright double bedroom in an 1930s built home has a beautiful large garden where you can sit and enjoy nature and - weather permitted - the Sun. The house is situated in a quiet, friendly, safe neighbourhood of trendy Walthamstow E17, with good transport links to central London and of course the Village. You will not be living in a house where all rooms are rented out, so no living on top of each other or feeling stuck in one room. Unfortunately, this is not a party or 'dos' house. Friends are welcome but within reason no stay overs.

Everything is inclusive in the rent- see below for further details - so there are NO HIDDEN, EXTRA charges or FEES.

: Will, suite one professional female (rent is for one person only)!
: Room will suit anyone who does not have too much stuff.
: Must be clean and tudy
: You will be only sharing with me (So max 2 people living).
: My family do pop over occasionally.
: No live-in boyfriends/partners - no stay overs or be a constant fixture.
: Looking for a quiet but fun, clean female to share asap.
: The Lady should not mind sitting and having a chin wag with me in the evenings/weekends (now and then) but does not want to be baby sat. At times, we like our own space. And not get offended if I go into hermit zone. Want someone with no drama.
: No pork or pork related foods please in the house (because of my faith) and must enjoy the sound of Bollywood and the aroma of Indian cooking and incense. I'm partial to the odd Bollywood film now and then.
: Double Room has a bed, dresser and cupboard.
: Inclusive of bills.
: Parking permits for yourself and/or visitors are not included in rent.
: If you are looking to work from this accommodation, then rent/other things linked with your business e. t. c will have to be negotiated and be expected to pull their weight.
: Cleaning not included.
: Deposit secures the room.
: Have great neighbours.
: Must be clean personally - essential - and in the upkeep of room being rented. (Can tell some stories regarding this 😉)
: My kitchen is small but does the job - but my home is a work in progress, and the kitchen is on my things-to-do list!
: Accept DSS - pending on how much paperwork I have to do - as I do not have the time to chase paperwork.

Please do not be frightened with the above I have had a few nightmares with housemates, so I would like to be clear and upfront here.
