We have a room available in our home in Walthamstow MONDAY- FRIDAY ONLY. It's a Warner flat but has been refurbished and feels like a new flat inside. Ideally you'd be looking for a place for at least 3 months

Location is..
- 20mins walk/8 min Bus to Walthamstow Central
- 10-15 mins walk to St James Street overground station with trains to Clapton(3mins), Hackney Downs(6mins) > Bethnal Green(10mins) Liverpool Street (13 mins)
- lea bridge road trains to Stratford 6mins- Lea bridge road station is 10 walk

The available room is a decent double room overlooking garden. Fully furnished, the chair in the picture isn't available. We have a living room and a lush kitchen with table we use as living spaces so should always be somewhere to chill outside of your room. Really affordable Parking permits can be applied for if needed

Close to Lea Valley canals, Walthamstow Wetlands. The neighbourhood is Walthamstow and not too far from Leyton/Stratford/Clapton/Hackney
