It's a 2 bed Warner house, right on Lloyds Park about a 15 minute walk from Walthamstow centre or else a 10 minute bus journey. Walthamstow is well connected by bus, tube, train & overground lines.

There's plenty of storage space and a Queen size bed. The big double bedroom overlooks the Garden below. There is a large living space which is bright and airy as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and separate bath.

It's not a party house! I've lived here for 5 years so I would like to think it's a lovely, cosy and peaceful home. I work in the Homeless sector and generally spend my weekends hanging out with my mates, seeing my favourite artists play or chilling out. I am extremely easy going & relaxed so I would like my new housemate to be the same.

It would be sweet to share with someone who is clean, tidy & clutter free. I'd like someone who is up for hanging out from time to time but also respects people's personal space. £600pcm + bills (£100 - £120 each) The room is available from the 1st March 2017.
