2 lovely double rooms in tranquil loft conversion

We have 2 rooms available in our spacious modern Warner terraced house in Walthamstow. Both rooms are in our loft space which was converted just a couple of years back and are still looking perfectly new, light and airy. They are beautifully done and the master, in particular, is very large. They are tranquil spaces and there is a modern bathroom with bath and shower to share solely between these two rooms. There is a wonderfully large lounge / diner equipped with a television for use too and wifi, as well communal use of the kitchen and garden.

This is a contented family home where I live with my 3 children (ages 10, 17, 19) and our cat. We are looking for 2 female professionals or students who would fit in well to this environment. Ideally non-smokers, conscientious, happy and tidy individuals (each room is for single occupancy only) . While we are not concerned about your religion or race but we ourselves do not allow pork meat in the house at all.

We are in an ideal location and are close (4 min walk) to St James Street Station -BR to Liverpool Street in 18mins, and a 10 minute walk to the speedy Victoria Line at Blackhorse Road Station which will get you to Oxford Circus in approx 20 mins. Blackhorse is also a stop for Overground. We are close to the High Road, and all it's amenities including the Walthamstow market, shops, parks, large open spaces, cafes, restaurants, sports centres, community arts centre and pubs as well as being on a quiet route for cycling. We are located near to the entrance to the new Walthamstow wetlands which opens fully in September 2017. It is an ideal spot and is a good mix of community, open spaces and great transport links.
