The flat itself is on the first floor of a quiet Walthamstow street. Its five minutes from St James St overground and a seven minute walk to Blackhorse Rd (victoria line). its also a short walk to the lovely green Walthamstow marshes.
The room itself has a double bed and backs onto a quiet garden. it comes furnished but anything you dont want in there the landlord (whos very efficient and nice!) can remove.
Ive been in London for a bit and have good friends in the area but it would be great to share a flat with someone who is up for glass of wine of an evening now and again.
